Visiting underwater city

Running on water works very well. I didn't expect that.
This magic suit is helpful for real.

I keep running for a while without problems, when suddenly a wave makes me trip.
I start to falter and soon fall down into the water.

What a great idea to run such long distances over the water without having ever tried it before.
Now I'm trapped in the middle of the ocean. The next coast is at least a few kilometers away. Probably too far to swim.
And I don't even know, in which direction I'd have to swim to reach the next land.

How can I ever start running again now? I was on land when I started running. But now...?
I have to do something about it, else...

No, I shouldn't think about that. I'm still fine. I just have to relax and regenerate my powers. Maybe I can also use magic to swim faster.
Or I might freeze some of the water to create a platform, which helps me to start running again.

But for now, I relax. I lie down on by back floating on the ocean.
And I just feel fine.
The weather is great, the water isn't too cold.
To be honest, I wouldn't mind if I had to die now.

I recently messed up everything.
I lost all the amulets, Lena lost interest in me.
Bernd still kind of likes me...
But he has a new buddy now, and also has fun with him.
And maybe they don't even want to see me in the city after I left them without notice.

After relaxing for a while I notice some white ball in the water.
It's not just white, it has a pale colored pattern.
And it slowly gets closer.
I'm getting scared. Is this dangerous?

Then in suddenly pops out of the water and I see a human face.

But you might accompany me to the underwater city.
It's just below this point at the bottom of the sea.

You know I'm a human. I need air. I can't live underwater.

The main part is under a dome. So you'll be able to breathe there.
But it really is difficult for land humans to get there.
Most land humans use submarines to get there, but...

I guess submarines aren't an option now.

I try to push the water away from me. I slowly move down together with the water and soon I find myself in a small valley of the ocean. The valley gets bigger and bigger. It really doesn't seem too difficult to control the water.

As the valley gets deeper, I can't keep the emerging mountain range stable.
I should probably stop. Or I could try to close the mountain range and form a bubble.

So above the hole I make the water move back together and soon my head is enclosed in a large enough bubble. I try to move around with it a bit, and it seems very stable.
Should I really try to dive deeper?

I look at the creature swimming away under water. It really looks like a human, but with mostly white skin. And it seems to be naked. I shouldn't look at his...

If I don't follow now, he'll be gone.
I'll just go, I feel like I can control the bubble while keeping it stable.

Just pushing the water away in all directions seems to be enough to keep the bubble stable.
And if I push a bit more in one direction, it makes the bubble move. And for moving myself, I move the water away from my feet. But just swimming is also an option, that just works well.

When getting deeper, the air pressure itside the bubble gets bigger, too. I notice it a bit in my ears.
But it would probably be much worse if I was completely underwater at this depth.

And soon we already reach the ground. It's not even that deep.

There already are a bunch of buildings around.
And in a visible distance, there's a transparent dome containing very huge and noble buildings.
It seems like the dome protects the buildings from decay.

There also are a few tunnels leading away from the city.
One of them is pretty close to us. It's connected to one of the buildings.

We get closer to this building and enter it from the top
Then the entry closes.
The water gets pumped out of the building and air gets in instead.
Water is dripping completely.
I feel happy. I should be safe again.

We leave the building through a door and enter the tunnel.
Through small windows I enjoy the under water scenery.

It's pretty nice and all, but I'm more interested in reaching the city.
The tunnel is pretty long, though.
I look at my savior instead. He can also live without water, so he must be an amphibian. Probably one of these amphibian humans I already heard about.

Maybe I should talk to him and introduce myself, but I don't feel like it. And he doesn't seem too talkative.
So I just keep following him and after a while we finally reach the end and can enter the city dome through a door.

Inside the dome, it's almost like in a human city.
The buildings are even larger than in the cities I have seen before.

Many amphibian humans are walking along the streets.
And once in a while there's also real human and also some other creatures. I've even seen a plate human like Kalman and his niece already.

I start to explore the city on my own.
But my companion signs me to follow him.
I don't want to be impolite, so I continue following him.

He leads me towards a huge, yellow skyscraper. It's really huge. It even touches the dome.

Please enter this building. Master Sivarajan is living here.
He's the most powerful magician of the city.
